By downloading, accessing, or using Haven Guide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the application.

2. Subscription Terms

Haven Guide may offer premium features accessed via a subscription model. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Billing & Renewals

All billing goes directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process payments directly. Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time from your device's subscription settings.

4. Free Trial Conditions

We may offer introductory free trials for our Premium subscriptions. If offered, you must cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged.

5. Lifetime Purchase Terms

If a Lifetime Purchase is offered, it applies to the lifetime of the application. Should Haven Guide entirely cease operations, lifetime unlock capabilities are non-refundable.

6. AI Content Disclaimer

Haven Guide utilizes AI to generate prayers, sermons, and scriptural insights. While we strive for accuracy, the AI is not infallible. Therefore, all generation should be reviewed. We recommend treating the output as a draft or a companion to deeper study. We are not liable for factual errors or misinterpretations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Haven Guide and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the application, us, or third parties.
